Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Blue Butterfly Effect Shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer orders or international shipping, and orders with shipping addresses outside of the USA will not be processed.

2. Order Processing & Production Time
All of our products are printed to order. This means that when you place an order, we print that item just for you!
  • Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 2–7 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express 2–3 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasonal volumes.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Issues
If you receive a damaged or flawed product due to a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund.
  • Please contact us via our Contact Form within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. You do not need to ship the item back to us.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information states "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
