Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Blue Butterfly Effect Shop. Because our products are custom-printed just for you, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Non-Refundable Items
All items are printed to order. For this reason, we do not support returns or exchanges if you:
  • Ordered the wrong size or color.
  • Changed your mind after the order was processed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event of a damaged product, a manufacturing error, or incorrect order fulfillment, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
  • How to Report: Please get in touch via our Contact Form and provide a clear photo showing the issue along with your order number.
  • Print Placement: Please note there is a 0.5" tolerance for print placement. Minor variations in placement are standard in the printing process and are not considered defects.
3. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an address error or carrier issue, you may choose one of the following:
  • Replacement: Reshipment of the item with an additional shipping charge.
  • Partial Refund: A refund of the order cost minus shipping and production fees.
